Stephen Ringquist is the founding member and operations manager of SMR Law Firm PLLC.  Stephen has had roles with large prestigious law firms and has been in-house at major companies in the United States, including general counsel for a billion dollar business in Minnesota.  As a business, banking, and real estate attorney Stephen provides transactional, advisory, and litigation support to banks, businesses and individuals of all types.
